Outfit help

Hi girls, I want your help deciding on my outfit for Karina's wedding. Attached are pictures of 2 different shoes, the skirt and the shirt. The skirt is the only given. I have a choice on the shoes and shirt and any future accessories. For the shoes, the slides really are a light green, the flash makes them look more white. Let me know what you think!
